What is the shelf life of your products?

All products have a shelf life of 6-12 months.  The products have NO PRESERVATIVES OR ADDITIVES but if you would like the products to last beyond the standard shelf life expectancy, simply place product(s) in the refrigerator for an additional 3 months.

What are the payment options?

All forms of payment are accepted.  E-transfers can also be sent to homesweetskin@gmail.com.  Receipts are given for all purchases and tax receipts can be given by request.

What is your return policy?

Please refer to 'Store Policies' for all inquires about returns and exchanges.

How can I test if I will get an allergic reaction to any/all the ingredients in your products?

Even though all my products are 100% Natural, like all skincare products, do a simple 'patch test' on the inner part of  your arm.  Allow product to remain on your skin for a some time.  If no reaction occurs, continue using the product. If you do develop a reaction, STOP using the product, contact Home Sweet Skin and I will gladly suggest another product that better suits your needs or make a custom product with ingredients you choose.

How long will it take for my purchase to be shipped?

All orders are made and processed when dispatched via this website and shipped within 2-4 business days.  Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  Home Sweet skin is not responsible for any delays by the shipping carrier.  Please contact the carrier regarding any issues with the tracking.

Are there any restrictions/limitations as to which skin type(s) can benefit most from your products?

All products made by Home Sweet Skin are for everyone!  However, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please read, take notes of all the ingredients used in the product(s) you are interested in, and consult your Healthcare Provider to discuss any questions/concerns you may have about natural skincare products interaction.
Even though Home Sweet Skin utilizes all-natural ingredients, it is best not to use these products on children under 5.  Younger children still have developing skin cells that should  not be disrupted.

What is the difference between your products and every other natural skincare products on the market?
